Abdullahi Mustapha Berende

While the west is too busy pretending there is no threat in the name of political correctness, Iran’s busy reaching out to jihadis in other countries to initiate terror attacks against Israelis. Nigerian Abdullahi Mustapha Berende is one such jihadi whose efforts were backed by Iran.

Berende and his group planned to assassinate a Nigerian military leader after conflicts between the military and Islamist militants. With Iranian funding, the group also intended to gather intel on US and Israeli presences in the area to prepare an assault. Berende had taken numerous photos of an Israeli cultural center in Lagos, which was to be one of the group’s targets.

Berende has a jihadi background. Despite being unable to grow the hideous pube-beard of most Muslims, he was welcomed into Iran twice, where he learned how to use assault rifles and construct explosives. While there, he also learned the theme song of Islam, Ke$ha’s “Blow,” by heart – he was unable to do so in Nigeria since all the electricity there is allocated toward email scams.

Undercover police arrested Berende, who made no comment upon his arrest. One member of his cell is still at large.
