Mostafa Kamel Mostafa, aka Abu Hamza al-Masri, is an imprisoned Islamic cleric who is facing numerous terror charges. Best known for his missing eye and hook hand, Mostafa is somewhat of an icon of Islamic lunacy. His wife, Najat, has complained he isn’t able to jerk off to the pedophile rape scenes in the Qur’an in prison. Now, Mostafa is causing his own brand of trouble behind bars.

Mostafa felt that his sentence in solitary confinement was enough of an excuse to be a giant douche. One of the prison nurses was openly gay, and often took care of Mostafa’s needs (read into the word ‘needs’ as you will.) Mostafa has requested to never see the nurse again, though the “services” the nurse rendered were apparently of great benefit to the terror cleric. He trimmed Mostafa’s nails, brushed his teeth, washed him, and gave him treatment for a skin disorder. It is even reported that he washed Mostafa’s ass. Needless to say, must have been a hell of a breakup.

Soon, however, Mostafa will be losing an integral part of his identity: his hook. While useful during sessions with his ex-boyfriend, he realized it wouldn’t be of any help in his lonely future. The object which shaped his image is being replaced with a prosthetic hand. He’s even being given physical therapy to learn how to use the hand. Seems like a lot of consideration for such a worthless piece of scum, if you ask me.
