Your Daily Muslim: Chuck/Charla Hall

His locks aren't the only dread-ful thing about him

Her locks aren’t the only dreadful thing about her

Meet Charla (formerly Chuck) Hall. A Native American transwoman who lives in backwoods Montana, Hall has typical Montanan hobbies like hunting, smoking meth, and being uneducated… and abruptly transitioning to female while bending over for Allah.

A taste of what's in store.

A taste of what’s in store.

Hall came out as transgender in early 2014, which was met with significant disapproval from many of her hick friends as well as her Islamic friends. Unlike most transgender people, who say they have always felt like they were meant to be another gender, Hall’s change seems to have been fairly sudden. She has not discussed whether or not she transitioned due to dysphoria, or for other reasons.

YDM featuree Shae Joseph Stamp liked this horrifyingly homophobic comment.

A Muslim reacts to Hall’s coming out as transgender.

A counterjihadist decided to get in on the action and remind Hall that Islam isn’t tolerant of homosexuality or transgenderism:

chuckhall3

The main reason Hall is on here, however, is her long history of foaming. Whenever she would stumble across a counterjihad page, she would go on a presumably meth-fueled, incomprehensible tirade against the admins of the page. She has also railed against JihadWatch author Robert Spencer and tried to defend Muhammad (pigs be upon him)’s marriage to 6-year-old Aisha in addition to posting about Jinns and her alleged vampiric urges. Here’s some of Hall’s foaming from before she announced her transition:

Hall has plenty of ties to more radical, less tolerant Muslims, such as Bilal Mohammed, who was directly connected to Amir Hossein Raisolsadat‘s chemical weapon sales group. She’s also Facebook friends with Marie Lila, the alias of an admin of the Any Infidel Insults Islam, I Will Put Him Under My Feet page.

Here are some more screenshots of Hall.

  1. ughh……I am speechless…..one would rather communicate with what some in the USA call hillbillies…..nothing derogatory intended there…..

  2. most striking and tell-taling is that Hall assumed from the beginning that his (muslim) friends plot to murder him for being trans. That tells normal people all they need to know about contemporary Muslim culture and LGBT issues.

And sura 42, vers 50 reads “Or He mingleth them, males and females, and He maketh barren whom He will. Lo! He is Knower, Powerful.” and so is all about intersexuals but not LGBT people.

  3. Nice hair…urgh!

  4. A native-american transgender crack-smoking muslim dread-head? That’s new!

    • i dont use crack im an ex meth addict been clean for 4 years so what if im transgender the two spirit pepole are nothing new in native culture anyway

  5. Where to start with this mess… there are really sick people who need government assistance but he/she is married (Wonk!) and really hasn’t worked enough to pay into any fund, is a drug addict and seems to have mental issues, but I always say if they can play online 24/7 they are able to or can work. I think Islam is the least of this guys problems, but killin’ sheep that aren’t yours in Montana is pretty much a death sentence in Montana, and yes he’s a meth hillbilly, because he chose to be that. Everyone has a chance to be in school and learn until they are 18 years old, clearly he squandered his life. He’s an embarrassment to our country, to Montana, to his family, his children, to himself, to any religion. Anywhere but where he is, he’d be killed by those who subscribe to his religion, if he was in a big city with a Muslim population he’d probably only last a week. He really doesn’t get it at all Muslims hate him for being alive and would gladly seem him dead for even saying his Muslim.

    • who are you to judge me you dont even know me im not a hill billy im not ev white but it shouws how realy ignorant you are i get ssi for reason that why it was given to me montamna is my pepoles native homeland anyeay so who are you to say im an emabbarsiment in my own land my pepole have ben here long before you ever where and we will still be here i also have a coolge level educating but yet you want to talk ablout me judgeme condemn me and yet you dont even know me how old are were who made you god to judge and condemn me anywaymy natve love me and i am respect for being transgender in native ways they are call the two spirit pepole and they are treated with respect and honor so you stament that im an embarrsement to my family which are my native pepole cant and dont stand the hate isnt coming from the muslims its coming from pepole like you that are ignorant biased and bigoted how do you know that i have worked enough obvilously i have cause i get ssi

    • Common. You want us to believe you went to college?? You can’t even spell people. Is it possible that college was a dream in your meth days.

  10. a transgender person is an intersexed person

    • no. Intersex people are born with traits of both sexes. An alternative name for intersex(ed) which is hardly any longer in use is hermaphrodite.

Transgender do not identifiy with their outward biological sex.

  11. you can ban me block me for speaking the truth but i wont erase what i have said in front of the most high for my words are forever recorded by him and they will never be lost as far as my native pepole i have lost many family and friends due to acholoism and im tired of losing my pepole to it

  12. i have no ties to radical muslim those that wereare no longer among my friends any way no you cherry pick my words leave out important parts like the sheep conversation in which you made into be something it is not cause you only showpart of the conversation to make it semm llike im killing shep when i fact if you had shown the whole thing you would know that is not true but you left all that out to try to make me into something im not but thats you burden you must now carry in this life and the next and with thisi have said all i need to say so erasemy words ban me do what ever this matter is not done before the most high and he is aware of all you say and do

    • I took screenshots. That doesn’t seem like cherry-picking, that seems like photographing. I’m not gonna post all of your words in the piece; that would be way too long for anyone to read, so I just posted the funny shit. Also, whoever taught you how to write should be fired; your grammatical capabilities are sorely lacking, rendering your messages borderline incomprehensible.

  13. im also dyslixic which has nothing to do with copmprehinion i see b ad or 7 as l ect al my friends can read my stuff just fine but they also know and have known i am dyslic. by posting stuff selectively , you are misleading pepole causing themto belive something that isnt true like me actualy killing sheep that conversation was a joking conversation between rez natives that how us natives are but you are ignorant to that as well resepect for other faith and cultures i dont hate you pepole i dont hate no one as for college that was back in 96 before my meth addiction but even then i had issues due to being raped sexual abused not by muslims, but one was atehist the other a boy scout leader you pepole realy dont even know me but yeah speak like you do. you all live you nice lives me i grew up in poverty on the rez but im grateful for that cause it taught me to be grateful to the creator. and im thankful for every day he gives to me. hating on my for my race cause im not white hating on me for being a transgender and hating on me for being a muslim isnt gonna get you or anyone else anywhere it dont solve anything hate disrespect ect doesnt solve any thing for anyone

    • I don’t care what race you are. I never made fun of your race. Stop trying to twist my words, Muzzie.

      • you sit there and call me a hick knowing om not white truth is truth so what if im muslim at least im not full of hate saying untrue things and misleading people to incite hatred toward me for being muslim and transgender with cherry picked conversations

      • I’m not trying to get anyone to hate you for your gender identity or your race, you tweaking idiot. Just your religion and the resulting foaming.

      • can you prove that im on meth right now piss test me i wil come clean be clean for four years why the hate why the abusive words how old are we personal no disrespect but i have to wonder if alot of you are drunk when they come and dump the hate

  14. my own native pepole will also tesify that i went to college cause many were my high school class mates on the rez

  15. Chuck we meet again!! did you miss me? got your burka yet ugly? anyway I dare to go live in Saudi Arabia. and though you might have native American blood you definitely have some other blood in you as well.
I have Australian Aboriginal blood but I don’t go around claiming to be just Aboriginal I’m proud of my Irish heritage as well.

    • the hadithson the hijib and the burka are weak and fabricated and no where in the quran does is say a woman has to wear one saudi arabia is to busy following the weak fabricated hadiths on killing gays that come after the quran and after the prophets death and they contradict the maxuim punish ment in the quran for homesexuality as well as adultry which is 100 lashes but only if it is public has four witness’s and you cant go bust in ones house and invade the privacy of pepole either to produce your proof transgendser does not make a person gay its a totaly differant issues in that it is medicaly and bioligaly based as well as an intersexed issues and the quran in surah 42:49’50 speak of intersexed pepole and those born both in what ever degree those that follow some thing other thatn the quran like the fabricated hadiths which the quran it self warns of follow something other than islam they follow the selfish desrires and traditions of men and not quran the prophet him self did not kill transgenders nor did he kill gays and anything saying he did is fabricated and false and not of islam

      • Islam goes beyond merely disapproving of homosexuality. Sharia teaches that homosexuality is a vile form of fornication, punishable by death.

Beneath the surface, however, there are implied references to homosexual behavior in paradise, and it has been a historical part of Arab and Muslim culture.

QuranQuran (7:80-84)¬†–¬†“…For ye practice your lusts on men in preference to women: ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds…. And we rained down on them a shower (of brimstone)”¬†– An account that is borrowed from the Biblical story of Sodom. Muslim scholars through the centuries have interpreted the “rain of stones” on the town as meaning that homosexuals should be stoned, since no other reason is given for the people’s destruction. (The story is also repeated in suras 27 and29).

Quran (7:81)¬†–¬†“Will ye commit abomination such as no creature ever did before you?”¬†This verse is part of the previous text and it establishes that homosexuality as different from (and much worse than) adultery or other sexual sin. According to the Arabic grammar, homosexuality is called¬†the¬†worst sin, while references elsewhere describe other forms of non-marital sex as being “among great sins.”

Quran (26:165-166)¬†–¬†“Of all the creatures in the world, will ye approach males, “And leave those whom Allah has created for you to be your mates? Nay, ye are a people transgressing”

Quran (4:16)¬†–¬†“If two men among you are guilty of lewdness, punish them both. If they repent and amend, Leave them alone”¬†This is the Yusuf Ali translation. The original Arabic doesnot¬†use the word “men” and simply says¬†“two from among you.”¬†Yusuf Ali may have added the word “men” because the verse seems to refer to a different set than referred to in the prior verse (explicitly denoted as¬†“your women”). In other words, since 4:15 refers to¬†“your women”, 4:16 is presumably written to and refers to men.

Interestingly, the same rules don’t seem to apply in paradise, where martyrs for the cause of Allah enjoy an orgy of virgins and¬†“perpetual youth”¬†Quran (56:17)¬†(otherwise known as¬†“boys”¬†Quran (52:24)).¬†Quran (76:19)¬†bluntly states,¬†“And immortal boys will circulate among them, when you see them you will count them as scattered pearls.”Technically, the mere presence of boys doesn’t necessarily mean sex, however it is strongly implied from the particular emphasis on the¬†effeminacy, handsomeness and “freshness” of the boys. The female virgins of paradise are also compared to pearls (56:23).

[Editor’s note: We are¬†not¬†implying a link between homosexuality and pedophilia here anymore than we are implying one between heterosexuality and pedophilia when recounting that Muhammad’s preferred wife was a 9-year-old girl.]

Hadith and SiraThere are several lesser hadith stating, “if a man comes upon a man, then they are both adulterers,” “If a woman comes upon a woman, they are both Adulteresses,” “When a man mounts another man, the throne of God shakes,” and “Kill the one that is doing it and also kill the one that it is being done to.”

Abu Dawud (4462)¬†–¬†The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Whoever you find doing the action of the people of Loot, execute the one who does it and the one to whom it is done.”.

Abu Dawud (4448)¬†– “If a man who is not married is seized committing sodomy, he will be stoned to death.”¬†(Note the implicit approval of sodomizing one’s wife).

Bukhari (72:774)¬†–¬†“The Prophet cursed effeminate men (those men who are in the similitude (assume the manners of women) and those women who assume the manners of men, and he said, ‘Turn them out of your houses .’ The Prophet turned out such-and-such man, and ‘Umar turned out such-and-such woman.”¬†

al-Tirmidhi, Sunan 1:152¬†– [Muhammad said]¬†“Whoever is found conducting himself in the manner of the people of Lot,¬†kill the doer and the receiver.”¬†

Does Islam require women to cover themselves?

Yes. There is some disagreement as to whether the face should be veiled, but almost all scholars agree that a woman’s hair should be covered. The covering of cloth is supposed to keep the sexual appetites of passing men at bay when women travel outside the home. This might even save a woman’s life, since she is usually assumed to bear the responsibility of unlawful sexual encounters and thus subject to stoning.
QuranQuran (33:59)¬†–¬†“Tell thy wives and thy daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks close round them…”

Quran (24:31)¬†–¬†“And say to the believing women that they cast down their looks and guard their private parts and do not display their ornaments except what appears thereof, and let them wear their head-coverings over their bosoms, and not display their ornaments except to their husbands or their fathers, or the fathers of their husbands, or their sons, or the sons of their husbands, or their brothers, or their brothers’ sons, or their sisters’ sons, or their women, or those whom their right hands possess, or the male servants not having need (of women), or the children who have not attained knowledge of what is hidden of women; and let them not strike their feet so that what they hide of their ornaments may be known.”¬†The woman is not only supposed to cover herself, except with relatives, but to look down, so as to avoid making eye-contact with men.

Quran (33:55)¬†–¬†“It shall be no crime in them as to their fathers, or their sons, or their brothers, or their brothers‚Äô sons, or their sisters‚Äô sons, or their woman, or the slaves which their right hands possess, if they speak to them unveiled” A woman may present herself without a veil only to family and slaves.

Hadith and SiraBukhari (6:321)¬†– Muhammad is asked whether it is right for a young woman to leave her house without a veil. He replies,¬†“She should cover herself with the veil of her companion.”¬†

Bukhari (60:282) РAfter Muhammad issued the command (Quran 24:31) for women to cover themselves, the women responded by tearing up sheets to cover their faces.

Abu Dawud (32:4092)¬†–¬†The Apostle of Allah… said: “O Asma’, when a woman reaches the age of menstruation, it does not suit her that she displays her parts of body except this and this, and he pointed to her face and hands”¬†This was narrated by Aisha.

Abu Dawud (2:641)¬†–¬†The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Allah does not accept the prayer of a woman who has reached puberty unless she wears a veil.¬†

Bukhari (52:250)¬†–¬†[The Prophet said] “It is not permissible for a man to be alone with a woman, and no lady should travel except with a Muhram (i.e. her husband or a person whom she cannot marry in any case for ever; e.g. her father, brother, etc.).” –¬†Neither is a woman allowed to travel by herself.
NotesIslamic law (Sharia) requires women to cover themselves. The practical application in modern Muslim countries varies with a combination of individual and social taste. The Taliban require full burqas (covering everything, including a mesh for the eyes), while the more secular governments of Turkey and Tunisia once banned headscarves in public buildings (the bans have since been lifted following the Islamist ascension).

The head covering is interpreted as a symbol of male domination by most critics and by many Muslim women who fight for the right to dress as they please. In December of 2007, a father in Canada beat his 16-year-old daughter to death for refusing to wear the hijab (headscarf).

Some apologists insist that the veil is not mandated by the religion, although they do not have anything within the sacred texts to counter the passages in which Muhammad instructed its use. In fact, verse 24:60 says that the veil is optional only for unmarried women too old to have children.

CAIR’s Jamal Badawi, often held up as a moderate scholar, insists that the hijab is¬†“a command of Allah to Muslim women”¬†and it should be¬†“the duty of the state”¬†to enforce it.

Some women do wear the hijab by choice, but it is impossible to say what percentage, since the pressure to cover one’s head can either be subtle or pronounced. In 2011, an imam at a supposedly moderate mosque in Sammamish, Washington¬†claimed¬†that Muslim wives wear the hijab because they want to, but then stated that they may be “punished” if they refuse. In Pakistan, uncovered women are routinely¬†attacked with acid. In Iran, Basij fundamentalists have¬†raped and killed¬†dress code violators.

Clerics, such as Sheik Taj Din al-Hilali, have¬†said¬†that¬†unveiled victims of public rape invited their attackers:¬†“If I came across a rape crime ‚Äď kidnap and violation of honour ‚Äď I would discipline the man and order that the woman be arrested and jailed for life.’ Why would you do this, Rafihi? He says because if she had not left the meat uncovered, the cat wouldn’t have snatched it… If you take uncovered meat and put it on the street, on the pavement, in a garden, in a park or in the backyard, without a cover and the cats eat it, is it the fault of the cat or the uncovered meat? The uncovered meat is the problem.”

In responding to a 2014 anti-hijab demonstration by women, an Iranian activist bluntlysaid¬†that¬†“it is a man’s right to benefit from what he loves. When a man forces himself onto a woman because she is “showing off her beauty”, this [should not] be considered rape.”¬†

In keeping with this theme, Muslim rapists in the West have been known to credit their motivation to the victim’s choice of dress (one such¬†example¬†being from Australia in 2011). It is somewhat obvious that many women rely on the veil for for protection against unwanted male attention. Even non-Muslim residents and Western visitors to the Islamic world often find it necessary to cover themselves so as to avoid the harassment of Muslim men on the street.

  17. Islam goes beyond merely disapproving of homosexuality.
